Part of the problem is they would be part of the stadium, therefore under the rules of lsu, ie, no alcohol.

This idea has been talked about many times on here and any reasonable person with a clue about the construction process will tell you that it is just not feasible. Yeah, the asbestos is bad, but the structure, HVAC, design, etc, is just insanely bad for the possibility of renovating those units.

1. Asbestos/Lead
2. No A/C, very low ceilings and no great place outside to put a condenser. Window units aren't an option after the money they spent to renovate the outside and install sealed windows.
3. Communal bathrooms

I don't know how many of you have actually been inside to see how small the rooms are? Not knowing exactly what is structural and what isn't, the ceilings are very low with exposed pipe running through just like a tunnel. I'm 6'5" and had to duck my head. There is no room for A/C ducts in the ceilings or walls and the wiring to modernize it would be impossible.

Lol at how much people are overstating the asbestos problem. As someone said, there are companies that specialize exclusively in asbestos removal and are very good at it.

All the logistics of the current renovations and yal don't think we can remove some fvcking asbestos?

It would also ease the traffic after the game because many would hang around in their condos and socialize.

Lol it would have a minimal impact on traffic.

You are probably right. Instead of going home in the third quarter, many would just go to the condo.
