Is there a site that will show the numbers on what a well is producing? tia

Click on "Data Access." Scroll down to see "Well Information" under the Conservation heading, click once. Scroll way down to "Wells by..." either by section, township, range or serial number if you have that. Or a litany of other search options. Use the "lite" version if that's an option.

No, it's all public, at least in LA and TX.

I think you're referring to Kansas in this post, if you are, the Kansas Geological Survey has a site that shows production info. I'm a landman and its what I use to show landowners what activity is in their area. You'll need to know your township, range and section.
