skimmed through this thread... don't get all the OCMS hate. Their last album was very good (carry me back to virginia).
I can understand being burned out on 'wagon wheel', but regardless of the number of times you've heard it, it's still a well written song... definitely doesn't 'suck', as some have suggested.

Before recording his version, Hootie has performed the song with OCMS before, so I'm pretty sure they were fine with it
