Who would you trade between J Upton or Bryce for a top SP?

The site I use to evaluate trades have Upton higher than Bryce, but for me I wanted to trade Upton and keep Bryce.
Which would you trade/keep?

Unless you are desperate for pitching or it is Kershaw keep both
The site you use to "evaluate trades" says Upton is better than Bryce because Upton has been better than Bryce so far

If it's a keeper league I would trade Upton for Kershaw. If not I would give up Harper if you're hurting at pitchers.

No one would make that deal, Heyward has no value.
Fowler would be a good add though, 100 runs scored is looking likely.

What is the rest of your of, and do you need pitching? Kershaw is absolutely dominant. Also, dynasty league or not?

Current OF is Matt Holliday, Justin Upton, Bryce Harper, Starling Marte, Carlos Gomez, Dexter Fowler.
4 starters in this league at OF.
Not dynasty league.
Pitching wise I have Waino, CC, Bailey, Miller, Iwakuma, Ubaldo, Dempster as starters. CC is struggling, Miller has a pitch count, Iwakuma is over his head with this start, Ubaldo I just picked up, and Dempster sucks.

I would do that for Kershaw. Your OF is loaded with Upton and very very good without. Kershaw would give you another ace to go with Wainright and Miller.
