Considering I almost killed myself biking on a trail in Kentucky earlier today, I'll let you all have the honor of helping me choose my FBD.

I loved that Kona Brown when I was in Hawaii. Though I'll admit that I wasn't a very big beer connoisseur at that stage in my life.

FBD: Bell's Hopslam. I went for a very hilly, 4 mile run through the trails about a hour later with the girlfriend. I held back the urge to vomit.

No BD for me today, but I did stumble upon these 3 bad boys while at Whole Foods just now...This is why I always glance through the beer section, even if I'm just running in for something else.
