Bet they come immediately with all the parts needed to repair and the diagnostics And you paid list price for it, didn't you? because of no competition. Also, you couldn't trade in your old car....could you? Which means you got no tax credit for it....
- I wasn't trying to trade in my old car so I didn't even ask about their policy
- they do come out to you for $100 and handle everything or about 30 min from me there is a tesla hub to service vehicles. There are no oil changes or services so not much should ever go wrong
- I didn't mind paying full sticker bc I get the spaciousness and performance of $160k Mercedes S63 for about $70k less with a cheaper gas and insurance bill. I could never fathom driving an S63 to work bc running between my convenience stores, the bank, and going to pick up supplies I do about 150-175 miles a day, in a 9 mpg S63 I'd be looking at $50/day of gas.
-The Tesla leaves me with 2 trunks(no engine in front), a 4 door car with sportscar like performance, and "gas" bill that is about .02-.03 per mile
I figure over 5 years I'll save $40-50K in gas and thus paying $80K+ for a car makes it a spectacular move on my part, the leases on the other hand have a limit of 15k miles a year
If I save $40K over 5 years in gas and sell the car for even $25-30K I'll have a phenomenal ownership experience bc even though I get "free gas" owning convenience stores I'm really saving 10-15 cents a gallon whoopity doo

What happens if there is a problem they can't fix quickly, do they give you a loaner car?
The one thing you can't predict is long term reliability.
Is there a map that shows charging stations around the USA? What happens if you travel and need to charge, how is that cost handled?

Methinks your math is off, way off
I drive an SUV that gets 14mpg. My gas bill is $4K a year.
I can travel long distances and not have to wait an hour to refuel. How much is your time worth?
And I paid less than half on my loaded SUV, than what a loaded Tesla will cost. At 0% interest.
