I understand that this is how many of you live your lives these days. I am living in New Orleans for the summer, but will only be residing there for 3 months so the only choice for cable is Cox. The least expensive option for my apartment with no term commitment is $40/month, but after fees ends up at $54.50/month.

I'm already sharing the price for internet with my roommates (24mbps). Seeing as there are really no good sporting events that I need espn for this summer (will be going to my parent's house to watch CWS if necessary), what are some programs and sites that you use to stream content?

What subscriptions are worth it and which ones are crap?

Is there any way to catch Game of Thrones without cable?

for tv shows and stuff you can use 1 Channel dot ch

Netflix could really keep you occupied though. I could give you a shite ton of series that would last you the 3 months

But seriously get the 1 month Netflix free then pay for 2 months. 20 bucks and you will watch so many badass series
