Need recommendation for CPA to make application to IRS for 501C status Setting up a foundation

Prefer someone with experience in submitting applciations

Why not try filling out the Form 1023 or Form 1024 yourself? They are not that difficult to fill out, just tedious. I know several people who have done it themselves, and they were all approved without any sort of delays. The laws for tax-exempt status are written such that the tax-exempt status must be granted to any qualifying organization. You have to try pretty hard to do something disqualifying.

Save your money and use it to pay a CPA to prepare the Form 990, or appropriate annual disclosure, for your organization.

I wouldn't recommend anything with Tea Party I'm the name, otherwise you should be good.
