When you get two bottles of water @ $3.00 each, they need to punch that into a portable calculator to tell you it's $6.00. And now you tell me these are college students!,,,, geeze!!!!!
Hey we found the problem with the long lines.

Absolutely no contest there. They don't even bother to cook the hot dogs.

I'm am by no means looking for gourmet food. I like to keep things simple. But they could at least cook the damn hot dogs. Then they roll the buns up until they are so smashed up it looks like you got a pig in a blanket.
I think the stands at the box are just fine.
They know they have a captive audience and take way to much advantage of the fact.

If they are run by different groups like Tiger Stadium, you can fairly quickly ascertain which ones move the fastest, and if they have the same spots from year to year, you'll get even better data. Rarely is the problem exclusively at the worker bee level.

The frustrating part for me is they making such good money on the concessions, at least hire people to help these kids working. I'm not going to blame the kids working bc they are completely lost and overwhelmed.

Not in the Stadium Club. I've had one opportunity to attend a game with seats in the club and the spread was amazing. The food was top notch. I wonder if they have a different vendor? It was restaurant quality. Not kidding.

I completely agree with you. I was in that line during the Maryland game earlier this season, and a girl started to cry at the register because she was so overwhelmed. It's been ridiculous every game I've been to, but I understand why for the most part. When all of the products are either to the whole or half dollar, it baffles me that the kids and adults have to pull out the pocket brain to figure out the change. If you're going to the concessions, be prepare to miss an entire inning of baseball.

Not sure about football but I know the regular concession stands at the box and the Champions Club/Suites are run by two different people. CC and Suites are catered and they have their own employees. I know they've told me they work the suites at TS as well.
