Do we have any updates on the Rickey Jefferson situation?

Just thought about this while looking at the "very early depth chart" thread. Seems like this entire situation just disappeared.

he has not enrolled at LSU yet so there is nothing the staff can do regarding football

There is a pre-trial hearing on 5/29. Except for that, only those close to the situation know what's up.
