Johnny Football visited PETCO Park, hit a BP homer, reenacted his TD against Alabama and chilled with Bryce Harper

Anyone more impressed with the Catch? Mark Kotsay still got it..

I started out kinda liking this guy when he emerged last season but now every single time I see him I dislike him more and more.

he's always doing some pretty cool shite. Must be nice. Hope he's not another Tebow and actually gets to produce at the next level.

ETA: He was playing golf at Pebble Beach the other day....

The guy is having the time of his life and isn't hurting anyone.

More power to him.

Outside of his celebrate status, he has nothing in common with Tebow

Bryce Harper looked thoroughly unimpressed.

His parents are loaded....supposedly he's some little rich kid type...this is why he gets away with doing all these cool things repeatedly and the NCAA says nothing bout it.

thats what I was getting at...he also has a heisman in common

I hope the kid continues to shine, just not when he comes into death valley this year...mainly at the next level...I look forward to watching a white version of Mike Vick

Nah. He's a ~20 yr old guy having fun in college. Just like I was. He'll be 30, paying bills like the rest of us soon.

I think it's cool that a person gets to do all this stuff. And I'll be honest, I only hate on him because I wish I could chill with Bryce Harper and throw out first pitches in San Diego, CA.

But that aside, something is kind of fishy about it all.

He's in California training with his QB coach, George Whitfield, who is the guy with the phone taking pictures by the Petco sign in the first GIF. He did the same thing last summer (without the first pitch throwing and celeb appearances).

People just didn't make a big deal out of it because nobody knew who he was.

Seems he is getting a lot of benefits lately. I know he is popular because of last year but this doe not get the NCAA sniffing?
