He's an animal. Will be a top 3 or 4 pick in the draft.

You don't normally see those kinds of home run numbers on the west coast. It's just tough to hit them out there.

Keith Law was kind of a douche when he hit his 30th.

Wind blowing out tonight. (Still a great year.) RT @danieljudd: Dirty 30 for Kris Bryant. 1st pitch driven over the left wall in the 2nd.

Does anyone know who he has going 1st over Appel in his mock?

Cubs have a black hole at 3B. They will most likely pick either Appel or the other guy, Grant is it? Both pitchers.

it's amazing Katz is still ranked in the top 10 with as long a drought as he was just in

Yeah, theirs isn't big, but a lot of the parks out there are. And for some reason it seems like the wind always blows in for them or the air is heavier or something.

They play in the WCC and not the Big West though, so I may be ascribing false attributes to them. Big West is usually not a HR hitters conference.

yea, this kid is legit though even if you were to give any advantage due to the park

big guy, was an All American in HS and drafted in like the 10th round coming out.

That power has developed to say the least

By the looks of that park and surrounding area, I would think there are frequent winds blowing out towards left field and 312 down that line. That makes for a nice combo for a slugging righty.

I am curious how many home runs of his 30 have gone over the left wall at home. Still, his power is nuts.

to be able to hit 30 HRS in ANY ballpark, especially on the west coast, is an accomplishment in college baseball today due to the wet newspapers they now have them swinging.

Add to it that he's batting over .330 and walks a lot leaves a lot to love as the next all star power hitter in MLB.

Gwynn is at SDSU, where he is the basketball team's alltime leader in assists (bet you didn't know that).

USD is a small private richy rich school. That is a very nice stadium for the West Coast. Beats the shite out of UCLA, USC, UCSB, UC-Irvine, Pepperdine. Fullerton's is nice though.

Great looking stadium.

USD is where Jim Harbaugh coached prior to going to Stanford.
