I'd rather chrome. Not for looks. But I have all painted everything on mine and rocks and bugs and shopping carts and garbage cans and road cones frick that shite up

I've seen a lot if guys paint the surround to match. Cheap and makes a huge difference.

That design will be detuned a great deal but hopefully still retain some of that aggressive looks.

Only thing about that, over chrome, even if done right it'll still probably have to get redone down the road. Hard to get paint to stick to chrome, and on the front end it gets abused there the most.

Most guys say anywhere from 150-200. It's a very simple job for any decent shop.

I want a 250 but have absolutely no need to a 3/4 ton diesel truck........so ill probably stick with a 150.

The grille is plastic anyway pretty sure

They can get that chrome coating off I assume and sand and paint the plastic
