Glad to hear this. I am headed there for a birthday celebration this Saturday and can't wait. Which did you like better, the Korean or Southern?

I've never had Pies N Thighs but the BEST fried chicken I ever had was at Momofuko in NYC, hands down. Better than my grandmothers or any place in New Orleans

Best fried chicken in NYC is in Korea town IMO. But everything ive had at momofuko has been delicious, so I don't doubt it's wonderful.

I don't like fried chicken enough to ever go to the trouble of frying it. I'm good with eating other folks fried chicken when I want some.

You better believe the women will love you if you feed them your own fried chicken.

If you have a large cast iron skillet, fill it with a few inches of grease to get just over half the chicken height and "half-fry" them chickens. Just rotate every few minutes and it gets the job done - with a lot less grease.

It's not hard, I just hate cleaning up and dealing with all the damn oil.

This is the worst part.

Frying pork chops is much the same but the reward.....oh the reward.
