Where are some good local eateries that someone unfamiliar with the area might be pleased to discover?

We dined at DePalma's a few weeks ago when we were there for the baseball series. It was a very good experience and I'd go back.

Bento, La Fiesta, Mugshots, El Ricon, Surin, Big Daddy's, Cypress Inn and Chucks. BTW, Chuck's has great atmosphere but the sushi is sub par at best.

Go to dreamland....one step beyond that is the original archibalds.

FYI if you go to archibalds that really is a restaurant. Trust the address....we checked 4 times to make sure we were in the correct place.

The Waysider has a decent breakfast, but the biscuits are something special. It's a tiny little building and it gets crowded.

Archibalds's is really good.

Milo's is good stuff. The tornado took it out though.
