I think it was a good move, especially considering the other managerial changes at the top of the table.
Mancini isn't tactically strong, and he certainly doesn't foster strong relationships with his players. One of the reasons Mourinho is so successful is because of the type of relationship he establishes with his players.
I think the firing was justified in all honesty.
