I am a little concerned at what his approach will be...

Looks to me like he is going for things that will try to duplicate what the macrobreweries have success with.

No Stouts or Good IPA or APA in sight...


Fuuuu idk man i am just wanting their beers to be great. Im scared. I want to be proud.

yeah, I believe his quote was "I like to make beer that you can drink a lot of" or something like that

but I'm not sure how much of the recipes he will have with the input. I think he was more hired as to run the logistics of the brewery, as the owners will provide the recipes, they just do not know how to run an actual brewery

although the owners do love saisons and farmhouse ales, which is fine by me
