You need to read the fine print on each one....some for instance charge you a monthly usage fee if you don't use enough kwh. I would suggest looking at your past energy usage to see what plan would be best for you.

I haven't paid an electric bill in over 3 years. Gas and electricity have been included in my rent since then. And before that I had a small one bedroom apartment that didn't use much electricity. I'm moving into a 2100+ sq ft house now though.
