Thinking about getting in an afternoon round this week and definitely hitting the range a few times. Heading to Snatchez for my nephew's christening this weekend, but next weekend I'm hoping to get in 3 rounds since my GF will be out of town plus no work for Memorial day.
ETA: Mother's day is the best day to play golf. There was almsot no one on the course, not even a starter haha I was able to sneak on some Abita Strawberry and played the first 4 holes by myself with no wait, and then paired up with a single in front of me because there was a threesome in front of him. Still finished in under 3:30 with my best score ever. So much more fun when you don't have to wait and there is no one behind you haha

Played Cypress Hills outside Waskom, Tex. It's in great shape. Cart and fee was $27 (senior discount).

Got the Cochon de lait tourney at Bruin this weekend. 2-day, 2-man scramble. Fun arse tourney. I'll hit some ball a couple times this week in preparation.

Getting to the range a couple times this week hopefully, then playing the Farm Sunday.
I wanted to play in the Oakbourne stroke play club championship, but it starts the same weekend I leave for vacation.

bad part is, I am usually the highest score in my group. A weekend round of 66-70 is the norm for these guys

Well i play at a club where every senior pga player in orlando belongs too. Its not crazy to see 62 or 63 posted on a weekend round
