I have had a few Primos Truthcam 35 for a couple of seasons and they have worked great.
To the blackflash question...I got a Bushnell Blackout last year, it works great as far as pictures, no visible lights, etc. My only complaint is that it takes AA batteries and they dont seem to last. I do not know if the "blackout" has any real advantage over the IR "red flash" where I hunt. I think a few deer and hogs might have noticed the red IR flash a few times, but not enough to scare away.
