piazza goes in as a dodger
and shelby is listening to the cardinals, and it continues to show.
he tried in AA to throw the fastball all night, and would rarely throw is off speed stuff, cards were pissed, they wanted him to use all of his pitches. And when throwing fastballs, they caught up and hit him around.
finally after a long talk, he started to throw the off speed, and it only makes his fast ball that much better.
