yeah the numbers aren't great, but when you have 4 pitchers on the DL like I do then I will take all the W's I can get.

That's cool. They are pitching well. SP3 or 4 fantasy pitchers have a place too.

I just grabbed 1B Matt Adams.

Still waiting on further info but looks like Matt Holliday injured his hamstring and could see the DL.

Adams can rake and should get the all the plate appearances with Holliday out.

Nope

yeah he did. I'm not about to drop him though. He'll be fine. That was tough situation to be called up into for your first mlb game of the season.

well Cosart owned the Rays tonight in his MLB debut. Very Impressive.

He will definitely be someone to watch out for later this summer.

Smart, I wanted to do the same but Morales keeps raking so I can't drop him.

Holliday is likely going to avoid the DL thanks to the AS Break and appears he'll be good to go when the season resumes.

He's on the DL after tweaking his high ankle sprain again 2 weeks ago, they even shut him down and pulled him out of the Triple A AS Game.

They're going to bring him along very slowly this time but come August to mid August if Jay keeps struggling and Oscar is back to 100% he will be starting for STL in CF.

Thirty-eight-year-old Chris Carpenter touched 95 mph and made it through his last outing with no physical issues (though he gave up three runs on six hits and two walks over 2 2/3 innings). Could return in a couple weeks.

Of course, you make that deal. Cain still has a solid whip. My guess is that he has a much better 2nd half.

Keep Latos and McLouth if you are in a non keeper or a keeper where you are a contender. Go for Hamels if you are playing for next year.

That's how I'd lean in a vacuum, but I'm having a hard time pulling the trigger with a Samardzija SO already on the scoreboard and starts from C. Lee, Wainwright, Fernandez, Lester, Minor, and Samardzija still to come.

Rather be safe and lose the QS rather than lose the ratios, but MIA is enticing.
