Atoms for Peace-Thom Yorke, Flea, Radiohead producer and Beck/REM drummer...yeah that's sure to suck
The Cure-I'd love to see Robert Smith live. I guess with TD's insecurities constantly blaring, they're prob. uncool to many. Love the Cure
Muse-Great band
Kings of Leon-Been listening since Aha. Last two albums were disappointing and I don't listen to them anymore, but I have every B-side, hidden whatever song. They'd still be fun to see.
Phoenix-thought yall liked them
Depeche Mode-guess some are too young
Wilco-Great band
Lionel Richie
Vampire Weekend
Queens of the Stone Age-thought yall liked them. good band
Arctic Monkeys-good band
fun.
Local Natives
Silversun Pickups
Portugal
The Black Angels-though y'all loved rock n roll?
Dawes
Bright Light Social Hour
Jon Spencer Blues Explosion-GREAT
Wild Nothing
Jake Bugg
Joy Formidable
Grouplove
Franz Ferdinand
Passion Pit
Last year had Jack White, Chili Peppers, Neil and the Black Keys headlining so you can rule those out. Shakes and GC Jr were there last year. Not that you can't have people return, but what more did you guys want?

Muse is great, Dawes is great, Passion Pit I think is good, Wilco is worth seeing, nothing else I care about and a few I've never heard if.
Rock and roll and good Rock and roll are two very different things
Look at All Good's line up to see what I consider a pretty solid line up (The pretty lights headliner on that one is pretty disappointing to me)

Grouplove is legit. I'd pay just to see them

Queens of the Stone Age and the Arctic Monkeys are the best two live acts on that bill.
Atoms for Peace at Voodoo. That's what I am about.

What crawled up your arse?

I know a ton of folks that are pumped to see The Cure and Depeche Mode at the same venue. Wilco, Queens and Muse just make it better. Everything else is icing on the cake.

If this was Voodoo's lineup people would be going apeshit about how great it is.

I doubt that. I know I personally wouldn't and I live in New Orleans. Muse and Dawes are the only two must see acts you listed in my opinion.

How ironic.

I think Dawes and the Muse are who I would be least interested in.
Atoms for Peace, the Cure, Wilco, QotSA, and Artic Monkeys are all pretty awesome.

Seen all these live and you didn't have them bolded, these are all acts definitely worthy of seeing imo. I've seen them all live before with the exception of Franz Ferdinand.

Wilco is pretty average in my experience, saw Muse live in 2010 at Voodoo and it was one of the best live production acts I have ever seen. Up there with phish and tool production wise, so if you haven't seen them I would be sure to check it out. I couldn't name a single song of theirs going into the set either.
Dawes I just discovered and am interested to see. Atoms for peace sounds interesting although I have never seen them. Most of the people you mentioned I would check out, but if
All in all I'll stand by my opinion that this is a pretty weak line up. I am actually skipping Friday of the Hangout and was not too excited about the hangout line up, but think it is definitely better than this one.
Btw what festival are we even talking about?

This board never ceases to amaze me
What acts would you like to see?

Exactly. I'd love to see Lionel Ritchie. Why not?
