It really is interesting how different the approaches for the 2 NWLA breweries are, since Great Raft is just going all out in the beginning, while Red River is keeping it a very small production, with plans to grow as demand increases

That's how i'd do it. I'd start off with Nano-brewery production first. Once i get a following for the beers, then i'd think about quitting my job and going full production.

I cannot wait to begin my support for NWLA breweries.
I hope they are worth a damn.


Cant wait for te brewery tours and growler fill ups.
