Give me a good recipe for a honey based sauce

My most common breakfast meal is eggs and sauteed veggies (onions, spinach, peppers, mushrooms) on toast. It seems a little dry though. I need a sauce to lubricate it so it goes down easier. I think a honey based sauce would be good to counter the saltiness/spiciness of the veggies. Maybe honey peach or honey mango?
