Hey, I hope so too.

Everyone is assuming that Judge Jackson would deny any revocation motion merely because she added restrictions to Hill's probation. What if the restrictions were added merely due to the arrest and misdemeanor charge and without any consideration of revocation and/or conviction of the simple battery? Lots of assuming going on...

It really would make no sense at all to add restrictions if she even had the slightest feeling that later on, she may have to revoke the entire probation. IMO


"I'm going to add these restrictions but later I'm going to revoke your probation altogether."

Just thinking out loud, I know she didn't say that.
