bullshite Doc. He would actually be in more trouble. In Alabama it is illegal to have sex with a child if you are an adult, whether she is in the same school as you or not.

The article said he will not appear again until August 16. I don't see reinstatement as a possibility until at least this date. Not good since practice starts way before then.
