Put the money into a household repair account of your own and you'll come out ahead. I had AHS for several years and all I ever got was second-rate people who did half-arse jobs. The few times something major did go wrong they weaseled out of paying for the entire repair with a bunch of doubletalk. It's a scam, pure and simple.

Im thinking this as well. I just signed up with one, 45ish per month, $55 payment per incident. Gonna test it in 30 days after waiting period. I have a freezer that freezes water, ice, etc...but doesn't get cold enough to keep things like pop sickles and ice cream hard enough.

Have a tenant moving in on the 25th(June). If it works well where all i pay is the 55, I'll keep it and give her the number so I don't get bothered with small things.....she can call and pay $55 if she wants for all that crap. I'm a hands off kinda guy but I want part of my retirement in tact and kept up
