I cut Reed Johnson and keep Gattis and Schafer.

Gotta keep Gattis in the bigs I think...Schafer has value as a 4th outfielder and pinch-runner...hmmmmm...I'd say trade do something with Laird, don't know his contract details though.

Johnson has a guaranteed contract this year with a potentially team friendly option for next year and has proven to be one of the better RH bench bats in baseball, meanwhile Schafer is AAAA player who has negative career value.
