There wasn't a decline in his defense. In 1992-93 his Defensive Win Share was 8.0 and in 1993-94 it was 7.9,
Yes there was. Check the Defensive Ratings out. His Win Shares went up because his Usage % went up.

Better FG%, TS% (or total shooting %, if you will) and eFG%. Better across the board.
Like I said, he was a marginally better shooter from the field (a massive 2% difference) but wasn't as good from the line (again a small decline).

Defensive statistics are factored in.
Steals and Blocks only tell part of the story. You know this. Defensive Rating is what you have to look at.

Which should matter to you since you're only using blocked shots to measure his defensive prowess
Wrong again, but par for course for you.

Jordan has absolutely nothing to do with this.
You serious Clark?

They were in different conferences.
Well hell I'm sure Jordan had nothing to do with Malone, Stockton, Barkley, Mullin, etc. never winning a title either, because you know, other conference and all.

I've actually watched his games
I watched them when they happened.

statistics back me up.
Sure, if you only look at PPG and PER (the latter of which heavily depends on the former).

2011 Mavs gets my vote as the most remarkable playoff run/championship of all time.
That team was going only far as Dirk took them, and they beat some damn good teams in the process.
When the 2nd best player on a championship team is a toss up between Jason Terry and Tyson Chandler...wow. Dirk is the man.

Oh, 95 and 96 as opposed to 93? A marginal decline in one category. Great point.

If only it were that simple. Again, 95 and 96 as opposed to 93? A marginal decline in one category. Great point.

WTF does that have to do with what Hakeem did or didn't accomplish in 1990?

No you didn't.

No, you idiot. I already posted his defensive stats and accomplishments.
