Really? Ain't no time to shake and bake on this level
Ford had to STOP to cut, Palelei doesn't, thats what I meant. Also doesnt hurt to be able to juke someone in the open field. Ford couldn't do this. Watch Palelei's video, Jrevonte.
. Trent Richardson stopped in holes, hopped and exploded. He did pretty well.

These guys have to stop to cut because of the bodies that were in their way...Ford has outright speed! dude out runs defenders in the open field no need to juke...he runs his sweeps all the way to the sideline then turns up (he relies on the receivers block) and scats...he rarely ever runs between the tackles...

Richardson is str8 power. He can go thru a defender or wait for that opening cut to it and burst thru...there is no shake and bake!

Ill watch Palelei's highlights and get back with you...but I'll tell you this its hard to compare him to these collegiate athletes because these collegiate athletes are taught to run the way that they do...go to LSU's practice and watch how the running backs practice....they get one cut no shake no back! If you get in the open field you outrun the defender no waiting...in the summer these guys run 40-40yd dash sprints amongst other drills...why? Because LSU teaches speed no dancing...in the SEC dancing gets you killed...
