I'll bet its more speculation than an "inside source" that we would trade the #1. Speculation because we have AD.
What would we even get? It doesn't happen that often, and I'm sure we wouldn't want to trade down very far.
And we take Burke if we're picking 5-7 and he's there.

I'm not sure what we could get. A vet player? Swap 1sts and pick up a 1st next year? Has anyone ever traded the 1st overall pick before?

If Dell doesn't see much separation in the top 5 I could see something like swapping with Phoenix and picking up their #30 pick.
