I use to play FFXI religiously and had 4 level 75 Jobs before I quit. I should of sold my account when I quit but was never sure If I would start playing it again. The game was totally addictive and the only way I was able to break free was when I had kids.
Now that my kids are older, I am debating on playing the new FF. My oldest son is playing the beta now.
Does anyone know if characters from the beta will transfer to the original game or will he have to start over once the game goes live?

1.0 characters will definitely, from phase 4. I would think new characters would as well, and I'm certain we've talked about this before, but I don't know off the top of my head.
