The technology is there, but CBS is not going to show it at 8AM. If it was being broadcast by TGC perhaps, but by a major network it ain't gunna happen. And it's not just CBS. I doubt that ABC or NBC would do it.
ETA: Contracts and network progamming schedules are the main reasons.
