The absolute CHEAPEST ammo there is to be had right now

Excluding .22.
A few months back I bought 7.62x54R corrosive for $0.33/rnd. German plastic training .308 for $0.12 IIRC. But other than those, what's the cheapest thing there is? No other qualifications; caliber, quality, safety, whatever.

The lines are starting to get nasty. There is a Cabal of people here that are reselling it as soon as they buy it. There is also a couple of stores running it out the back by the employees/managers.

Maybe that's what it was. Bought it local so I don't have a confirmation email to consult.
