Yes, and once you get the Pandemonium card from Raijin or Fujinn (I forgot which), card mod it, get 100 windmills, mod the windmills for tornados. 100 tornados on Str-J owns for most of the game.

yeah it seems pretty fun. i still have the beginner card deck and got fricking pwnd though 
Im still at the beginning. farmed those fish outside of the seed school to get to level 12 and leveled up shiva, quaedfjgkndsfg, and ifrit. got some badass abilities
