Yeah, you wouldn't think you'd miss the ID on a Painted Bunting but funny things happen when a bird is back lit. I guess the main reason I doubt Blue-headed Vireo is the fact it was on a feeder with a mate. Vireos eat insects and occasionally small berries and I've never seen one on a feeder. Buntings and grosbeaks are seed eaters and are not unusual on feeders.

Could be right. I wish the dude would show back up on this thread and rule it in or out. Ibird has a whole mess of birds that would work but that one just kinda clicked for me.
