Probably late frost, same here, wiped out peaches, pears, mayhaws. I assume you have 2 varieties of satsumas, i think? they need a second variety to fruit.

Negative.

Full sun w/ plenty of water and yes fertilize.

I plant on south side of house/barn/building. West side is shaded, but doesn't matter.

Another one in full sun all day, but stays in moist ground and produces the best.

Fertilize w/ horse shite, or you can use triple-8, but not on root ball.

I lost many blooms on my satsuma, tangerines and mandarin trees this year due to the late frost.
