5) Sharper (Yes. Darren Sharper)

WOW!

Great numbers in a short time period, but if you're going on productivity alone, you'd probably have to go with Dave Waymer or Sammy Knight over Sharper.

There are only a few players that if not on the roster on the Super Bowl team, we would not have won. Sharper is one of them.

Does that make him all top 5? I can see your case.

The other three spots can be debated, but I think the only realistic candidates can be Swilling, Evans, Deuce, Brock and Mills. Maybe Wayne Martin, Vaughn Johnson, Dave Waymer and Morton Anderson.

So you're going to leave off either Drew Brees (future Hall of Famer & Superbowl winner) or Willie Roaf (on of only two Saints Hall of Famers)?

Go home jledet. Your drunk!

While he isn't the all time leading receiver anymore Eric Martin was money for us. I can't remember the number of games in a row with a catch but it was incredible. Stats wise would be hard to put in the top five but growing up I loved to watch him play.

Any list that doesn't include Archie Manning at or near the top of the list is a joke...Archie Manning is the face of the Saints!
