lol this is what you pointed out? Not even acknowledging that I think it's wrong or the fact that nobody would even have his side in a disturbing the piece argument. When he parked his car in the driveway the guy should have given him a warn8ng about the loud music and let it be done. He elevated it by trying to be all "big man". It was an abuse of authority.

I pointed out the statement that made you look very self absorbed. Even if you are parked in your driveway you can still be cited for noise violation. In my city it is a steep fine. One of our black city councilman was the leader of getting this city ordinance passed.


Getting back to this story, I bet in the end both the officer and Simon acted like asses. I wonder though if we will ever learn the truth.
