Hey I agree man, I'm just telling you that a typical young black male constantly has his music on high unless he sees the cops. I don't believe for a second that he turned his music up to "get back" at the cop. To me it sounds like a black neighborhood where nobody would be bothered by the music but that isn't even the big point of the arrest. I think the cop didn't want to feel shamed in front of all those people which is why he made a bigger deal out of it and I'm banking that Simon was acting like a typical arrogant 20 something when he is told what to do.
