quote:That's not a problem, because it is a LEGITIMATE arrest. Like I said emphatically and repeatedly, it is a big deal to me when it involves ILLEGITIMATE arrests. IF he did not have legitimate reason to believe Simon was actually resisting arrest, then this cop needs to be punished and heavily.
