Don't pay 10 bucks for it because it's not worth that much. I got it for $6.
There are 3 different surgeries you do on 3 different levels. You do a heart transplant, double kidney transplant, and a brain transplant. The levels are Hospital, ambulance, and space. Obviously things are calm in the hospital, nuts in the ambulance with stuff getting thrown everywhere and zero gravity in space.
I am on the double kidney in the ambulance.
