As Quinn said, it really doesn't matter if he signs with LSU; your Tigers will get very talented WRs no matter if he becomes a Tiger or not.
However, my guess is he becomes a Tiger because he is from Louisiana and also due to Cameron's newly installed pro-style offense.
Playing in a pro-style offense and coached by a highly respected NFL coordinator has got to be a big attraction for kids that have a want to eventually play in the NFL.
