Jamarcus Russell was the best QB in college football on Miles' best team, so I'll start with him.

Patrick Peterson or Jamarcus Russell no doubt. Liked actually having an all conference or all American type QB that could actually win games instead of manage. LSU has had so few so probably would start there.
