Dark beer and red wine mess up my sinuses enough to make it not worth it to drink them. Not sure if that is an allergy or not.

Same. I have a tendency to get really congested when drinking and my hands will turn red.
I have been drinking consistently going on 7 years now so it's obviously not a major issue
It also takes care of itself after the first couple beers.
