Being called a name doesn't give anyone a right to put their hands on a person with intent to harm someone. Being called a NI;;er isn't an excuse that a court will use to determine guilt or not. If hill hit this person first then he should face the full weight of the law. Which will also have his probation revoke. I hope he didn't assault the guy first,but if he did he just made a costly mistake. If a boy in his situation ( you know,thinking your top dog on campus) can't take a name being called him then he probably shouldn't go to a bar. I can assure you that the next time hill goes there he will be called that same thing by a bunch of drunk white boys. So Mr.Hill you may want to tell your son to either have a little control or even better,stay away from bars.
