Comparing players from different eras when trying the justify player A would dominate player B is idiotic (Ex. Ali vs Tyson; Lebron vs Jordan).

Since Aikman put up rather pedestrian numbers, yep.
I'll put it this way: put Bobby Hebert on those teams and the Cowboys still win three Super Bowls.
