Hwy 1, the bridge before the one at Elmer's Island road. Son & I saw him/her last Sept and it was gourging on white trout. Fishing yesterday saw again on same bridge. Looks like a submarine coming to the surface. Its head is about as big around as my thigh (I'm 6'1"/190) and looks to be 5+ ft. I would guess 100+.
