I read a few days ago where Uggla said something along the lines of "you can strike out three times, and it doesn't matter if you hit a three run bomb."

The fact that he hasn't been hitting jackshit notwithstanding, homeruns or otherwise, statements like that could be indicative of what is ailing this lineup. You're not gonna get many fastballs to mash if you're just up there hacking at everything indiscriminately. Maybe if dumbass Uggla would change his approach some, he would be hitting above the Mendoza line at least.
